1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information: your email address, name, username and sign-in credentials, or the basic profile information provided by Google if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Profile information: optional details such as your photo, playing position, city, country, biography, jersey number, date of birth and phone number. Organization accounts may also provide public contact details.
• Content: match videos you record or import, the highlights created from them, and match information such as scores and events.
• Tournament information: tournaments, teams, squads and fixtures you create, join or manage.
• Communications: reports, requests and other information you submit through the Service.

Information collected automatically

• Device information: a notification token used to deliver notifications you have enabled, and the app version you are using.
• Usage of AI features: records of AI processing performed for your account, used to operate the Service and manage its costs.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate and maintain the Service, including recording, highlight creation and tournament management;
• Display your public profile and the content you choose to share;
• Enable organizers to manage their tournaments and contact the players taking part;
• Send notifications about matches, tags, requests and other activity relevant to you;
• Keep the Service safe, including reviewing uploaded content for suitability and preventing misuse;
• Improve the reliability and performance of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Location data

With your permission, the app uses your device’s location only on your device: to list nearby tournaments first, and to place a venue on the map when you select “Use my location”. Your location is not transmitted to our servers, stored or logged.

Maps are displayed by Google Maps on Android and Apple Maps on iOS, directly on your device. When an organizer confirms a venue for a match or tournament, that venue is stored and displayed with the event. You can withdraw location permission at any time in your device settings; the Service remains fully usable.

4. AI-powered features

AllEyez uses artificial intelligence to provide certain features, including automatic highlight detection, content-safety review of uploaded media, profile photo enhancement, logo generation and highlight narration.

• Processing on our infrastructure. When you use an AI feature, the relevant video, image or text is sent from your device to our secure server, which submits it to the AI model on your behalf. Credentials for these services are held only on our server and are never included in the app.
• Purpose limitation. Content is processed solely to deliver the feature you requested, such as identifying highlights in a match or enhancing a photo. Results are returned to your account.
• Trusted providers. AI processing is carried out by established third-party model providers, including Google (Gemini), acting on our instructions to provide the requested feature.
• Content safety. Uploaded videos, images and documents may be automatically reviewed to keep inappropriate content out of the Service.
• Usage limits. Some AI features are subject to fair-use limits per account to keep the Service reliable for everyone.

5. Sharing and disclosure

Information you make public, such as your public profile, public tournaments and content you share by link, can be seen by other users and by anyone who has the link. Your email address, date of birth and phone number are never shown publicly; phone numbers are visible only to you and to the organizers of tournaments you take part in.

We share information with service providers that host, store and process data on our behalf, solely to operate the Service. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the Service.

6. Data security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, access controls that limit each user to the data they are permitted to see, and storage with providers that encrypt data at rest. Service credentials are kept on our servers and are not distributed with the app. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. To request deletion of your account and its associated data, contact us using the details below.

8. Children and young players

AllEyez is used by football teams, including youth teams. If you are under the age at which you can consent to this policy in your country, a parent or guardian should create and manage your account.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you within the app.
